• The customer shall be given a 100% refund if the product does not reach on time.
  • The customer cannot raise refund request if the shipping address given to us is incorrect or invalid. Such a request shall not be processed, whatsoever the reason may be.
  • Customers are given a 100% refund of the product price in case the order canceled before it is confirmed.
  • If the order is canceled after the confirmation of order placement, only 50% refund shall be given.
  • If consumer meets the above-mentioned requirement, he/she is requested to raise refund or re-shipping via email or live chat and provide the order number and valid reason for the issue raised.
NOTE: Your cancellation and refund issue is considered only if the order is canceled within two hours of its placement.
